if you're going to create a cel archive online for folk
to make amateur mini movies with the components from
the archive,a sort of mechano set.
make sure that the content of the archive comes from a established
or growing community.Dragon Crypt had its origins in the
online furry-fetish tf community,which since 2006 has collapsed
and died.Nowadays I'd go for the
feminine fantasy fairytale community,(aiken,yolen,novik,nordtchard,carey,etc)
