Adventurous wharf rats find a secluded parking lot and shoot rockets. Jonathans Birthday and a clear crisp Summer day but for the THIRD time we lost the Estes "Rascal" Another ten bucks down the drain. But we managed to put together a "Franken-Rocket" and blow it up (Episode Two-to follow) Meanwhile back at the garage, strange things continue to happen.
