Even President praised the Intelligent Library. (With RFID)

Wow ~ What a special library! No librarian stays here.

By using a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) System, no matter borrowing or returning a book, all can be done by yourself. It's so easy to use that even 3-year-old kid knows how to do. When you borrow a book, you only need to insert a card, scan the book, and then take a receipt from the computer before bringing the book to home. When you return a book, you only need to drop the book in a library return box. Even President Ma praised this library when he worked as Taipei mayor.

This library is built inside the Carrefour shopping mall located in Neihu, Taipei and it's the first "Open Book Intelligent Library" of Taiwan introduced from Singapore by TRANSTECH, a Taiwan company, for Taipei City Library.
