@Vphone1 lao never wrote any kind of music until after the french left this song was writting in rattokosin era of bangkok in 1800th during that time laos was under siam rule until 1888 when the french took laos away. so thai music custom did influence laos. before 1800th neither laos or thai had any kind of music.
