Who wrote this? I listened to the other "Move on Down the Line" versions and they are rock and roll tunes that are entirely different. I know the title is the same but yours is far superior, in my humble opinion. Very poignant. The music and the words capture the sentiment appropriate to the subject. If this is someone else's tune your rendition is beautiful. If this is an original composition that is even more amazing.

I appreciate your kind words Billy. No, I don't believe we've met. Someone recommended i listen. i did so and my regrets for doing so are non-existent. I played years ago but had to diversify. but you sir, are a master. The combination of Sarana makes the threads weave to a seamless tapestry. Its just plain beautiful...The best to you and thanks.

I (Billy Brandt) wrote this tune...I know there are many tunes with "move on down the line" in it....but this one's mine....glad you like it...there are many other tunes from "LIve From Billy's Basement".... please keep listening and tell a friend..Thanks...
