I tested T-Mobile and AT&T and it worked Great!

Yes it sucks if you expect it to be a iphone! It's not.

It has limitations, no Java, No WiFi, no speed dial and a few less other Gizmos. But $70.00 or less compared to an iphone, what do you expect?

As for the Basic features compared to the cost, not to bad. I personally need a Java based Phone. The KA08+ is Java based but I have not touched one. Have a Nice Day!
