yeah, it has to be made to do so cause its not as good from the factory dumb ass lol u can make a cobalt ss handle better too. why do u want to compare modded cars to stock cars? i know why. cause u know honda sucks and that the turbo cobalt ss is better.

no i dont use the silencer. i havent had any trouble here in NC. My buddy has a skunk2 muff on his prelude and that shit is loud but nothing has happened to him
