  • Great topic to cover. It's so interesting to note that when our adrenal glands are stressed it tells the thyroid gland to reduce our metabolic rate. And with the number of people on Thyroid medications for perceived hypothyroidism, isn't it interesting that these people are not assessed for the possible of high levels of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stressors?

  • Excellent video!!

  • Let's all release are old limiting beliefs about health, money and abundances...

  • My mom works out a few times a week but In think she is fat because she is often really stressful. She isn´t big and over weight but even my 4 year old brother thinks that she has a big stomach.

  • But we did not "develop" a response to stress.

We were created with that intentional design.

  • Is there a follow up video or article that goes into how to MINIMIZE the stress levels of life so that we DO properly digest and utilize the nutrition of our diet?

    That would be helpful...

  • dude , that can be harnia

  • I'm just way too depressed to be able to do that. I wake up just barely enough time to eat something ASAP before I go to work and steaming something is not going to be fast enough.

Furthermore I'm a very picky eater. My gag reflex doesn't much like most vegetables and I have a hard time even eating a salad.

My dad doesn't help with anything, he's more harm than good and he always screws up simple requests.

There is no possible way I can get healthy without a great deal of emotional support.

  • The best way to eat well and get your veggies on a budget is to get frozen vegetables and steam them briefly or incorporate them into casseroles and soups. Farmer's markets can be good as well. Buying local food from the farmers in your area helps your diet and the local economy as well.

  • how can they just end it like that?

    "it's stunning"?!

  • lol

  • I can't stand raw food diets especially vegetables. Fruits can be ok but I just don't have the money to fill up on fruit.

Wal-marts fruit is almost inedible they use so much crap to speed up the growth that they are not only bland, small, have bad coloring, etc.. but the places that have good wholesome fruit are just too expensive. I can shove some processed crap down my throat and enjoy the meal at 1-2 dollars a meal, or I can spend twice that much to get some properly grown vegetables.
