So two wrongs make a right then.
Also what about all the cars that get impounded for parking violations. That is theift. You pay taxes and build the road, then park on it then have the parking authority, who you also pay, steal your car. Can you see the systems problems.
Same with speeding. You pay taxes to registor the car to pay for the road. Then you pay taxes that are higher the regular taxes on fuel. You pay taxes on insurance, then taxes that pay the cops that give you tickets.
