i'm married to a Navy Corpsman who is currently deployed. I'm due with our 2nd child in june 09. it extremely difficult without him here with us but we're anxiously waiting for this deployment to be over and for him to be home with us. Thank you for your service, ladies. I know it's not easy bein a spouse of a military member, because I'm a Florida Army Guardsman myself, who's served in the Navy, n I have 3 deployments under my belt. The first 2 were for 6 months, n the last one was 7 months, attached to the then-USS Constellation. Next year, I'll be deploying for the 1st time, for a yr, w/ the Army. I've always enjoyed getting those letters from home, or the care packages filled w/love. Trust me...they DO HELP a LOT!!!

i listened to this song a lot when my husband was deployed and i remember all the tears that ran down my face i missed him a lot going to the airport and hugging and kissing him to tell him bye was the hardest thing in life i had to go through and it was really hard him not being home i missed him way too much
