Hi
really its a great tip.thank you

Both of you look very nice in such colours except the dark colour lipstick. Try having fun with some pink colour lipstick just like you have fun experimenting different food.

Hi, is this way works for other kinds of vegetables?
Stephaniebobo 1 month ago
@Stephaniebobo : This method works for few fruits and vegetables - not all. It works great with preserving strawberries, green chilles...

Dear Hetal and Anujaji
Thanks for the Lettuce Tips. When I cut some piece from lettuce for salad. Next time it has red edges at the cut side. How to avoid that.
Would you show how to cut the leaves for
salad dressing. and cheese also have to put together?
Like to have more recipe on Lettuce.
Thanks

When metal (from your knife) comes in contact with the lettuce, it makes the lettuce red/brown. Avoid using a knife. Just pull the lettuce off with your hands. You can tear the lettuce into pieces with your hands for salads. Some of the kitchen gadget stores carry a plastic lettuce knife.

Dear Hetal and Anujaji,
Thanks for guidance. Yes I was using like cabbage in cutting. In Gujarat- India I think it is not available.
Here in Auckland-NZ plenty. Soft chutney can be made nicely with Tomato, Green Chilly, Onion, Garlic cloves, lettuce together and run blender few times.
Thanks
