My daughters lips swell like this sometimes (not this bad though) and FYI we were able to link the swelling to apple juice when it happened during the day and the night episodes turned out to be a severe allergy to cats. When the cat layed on her bed her lips got swollen like this. Try 25mgs of bynadryl before bed

The same thing just happened to me. It turned out to be an allergic reaction to the hypertension drug lisinopril. My lips looked just like that.

currently I am battling a raging infection from morgellons in my gum. These morgellon fibers tunnel in our body and the mouth area is prime for infection to occur. Have a look at some of what other people are doing to combat morgellons. I use MMS (miracle mineral solution) with good results.

@KINGOFDARKNESS48 ... Yes... this still happens... sometimes two to three times a month... sometimes two to three times a week. It's been more than 5 years, and no one has been able to come up with a diagnosis, or cure. These were taken when it first began... I don't even bother taping the episodes anymore because it happens so often.

@badiaism ... I hear ya! But I would pay a fortune to have it go away and stay away... unfortunately these kind of lips come with pain, and that's no fun for any one. :o)
