He has quite a reflex, for one It seems like a false start but it is not. The other competitors muscles contracted then jumped. it seems like his muscles were contracted the whole time then released as the horn was notified.

He would've won anyway, but I watched it over 20 times, and it seems like a false start to me, because he jumped when the start signal was made (or even slightly before).

technically it's the strobe in which you go from, not the horn.
