The Road to Kevin Max

Kevin Max to me was always the bacon bits in the salad known as dc talk. Without him, I would not be into music- and I would not be into singing. So what do I do when he casually wanders Chicago? Meet him! I got the idea to document this as I sat outside of Medieval Times, and here it is. My commentary at the end of this video (describing the meeting) was originally 15 minutes- I cut it down to only a few minutes, which I hated to do.

LOL! Great job on the video bro! I think I'm Kevin's biggest fan in Tulsa...I got to see dc Talk fourteen years ago, but haven't seen Kevin solo yet...hopefully he will come back to t-town for a solo show.

whoa I loved your video!!! I met Kevin Max in Argentina, when he came to South America back in 2006. Then I got the chance to see TobyMac and Michael Tait live (not meet them though, but I saw them!) awesome, I am also a huge dc Talk fan ever since I have memory. They got me into music!!! :)

This video was so much fun to watch! I was outside the theater 5 hours before the show waiting at least to see him go in.. or maybe a sound check... anything would have been great! But they didnt let me in at all... one of my friends was working inside and asked everybody if i could get in and everyone said no

... until the translator never showed up and my friend said he had a friend outside the theather that spoke good english... 5 minutes later i was shaking hands with kevin and shared with him the 3 days he stayed in Buenos Aires... it was the most super awesome experience ever... but yeah, being with a celebrity is kinda intimidating and you dont really know what to do lol. He's awesome.

It's a great vid. I'm sort of that dctalk fan too y'know, but I live in Europse so maybe I'll never get the change to see him.

BTW, I recognize the name John d'agostino. I downloaded some of his music a year ago or so...

and btw, what is that song 'leaving the planet' from kevin max? it's not on one of his albums?
