Joanne's story

Our Regional Communications and Information team provide information for deaf and hard of hearing people as well as those who are worried about their hearing throughout the country.

Joanne is at the RNID stand at the Retirement Show in Earls Court where the main aim is to reach older people who may have a hearing loss and don't know what to do next.
