The Hamilton Turn at Kinnear Yard is led by Canadian Pacific Geep 38's 3043 and 3032 at around 12:00PM. The conductor throws the FRED up and they back up to clear the switches at the throat of Kinnear Yard. The Geeps then head down to the north switch at Kinnear to access Guelph Junction. They would end up racing CP 255 all the way up. These two Geeps were from Welland yard but it seems CP is shuffling their local power around. Also, CP is replacing the turnouts at Kinnear too. • turnouts are the track switches .

switching is done by the crew with engines, they switch the cars to the order they need them to be in.
