I would not suggest people eating more fish since they are highly contaminated with PCB's, mercury and even a chemical used in dry cleaning. and to make it worse we have the radiation pollution from Japan now. The best alternative would be the Chia seed, flax seed, or hemp seed for those omega's. Salmon is probably the safest fish if it is not farmed.

@anngsweet have your son go on a detoxification. go 100% raw diet consisting on mostly fruits like apples and grapes if possible. if he can get on that for 3 months.. it should really help him. check dr robert morse's videos on the healing crisis
