@teraventure Depends on the kind of storm... A waterspout which forms above water usually dissolves when it comes on land. Waterspouts develop in different circumstances than real tornado's. A real tornado can pass water, though.

@mindsaglowin When a waterspout goes onto land, nothing happens, it keeps going until it goes on to a point where it stops. Land, sand, any type of area cannot stop a Tornado.
