This is an insert song from the Japanese release of Final Fantasy XIII which plays during the fireworks scene with Snow and Serah (some call it the 2nd theme of FF XIII).

Apparently, Serah's Theme is replacing Eternal Love in the English version. So yes, we get one less track.

Kimi Ga Iru Kara (Japanese ver. Main Theme) is being replaced with "My Hands" by Leona Lewis as the main theme for the English release.
