Ben Atanat From Ink Refill Center in Spring Hill, FL tells give us a little background on his business and then explains the positive effects SuperTradeExchange has had on his business.

Basically what we do is we take existing ink and toner cartridges and reuse them. We clean them, refill them and test them to get additional uses out of them.

"Originally, I had talked to someone at Idearc about sending out postcards for an advertising campaign. I signed up and then I was contacted about the SuperTradeExchange through the postcard mailer. There was a very persistent sales person that mentioned I would get six months free for signing up. My intention were to kind of sign up, cause I didnt expect results, then after the six months, cancel. As soon as I signed up, immediately I started having phone calls and orders. Way more than what I had expected.

I listed my first item, or my products available, very basically cause I almost anticipated no calls and no sales. Almost immediately people started calling and inquiring about my products. I wanted a website developed from the time I started the business. But of course in the lean times of starting a business, you dont necessarily have the funds. So immediately after I signed up for SuperTradeExchange I had enough money within two months to have the website fully developed to my standards exactly what I wanted on it. I didnt have to cut back on any areas.

I have experienced growth through the SuperTradeExchange. Direct sales and cartridges have been sold to people and businesses across the country that I never would have normally sold to. 99% of our business was local and Id say about 10% has been picked up across the country in areas we would have never picked up before.

The SuperTradeExchange has been very successful for my business and I would like to see it keep going."
