Magnesium too.
I felt depressed every morning for most of the past twenty years. Last month I started taking therapeutic doses of magnesium glycinate (1,200mg throughout day) and this immediately relieved it and has kept my energy level consistent.
Magnesium supplements interfere with digestion though, so I switched to topical magnesium chloride oil and still feel good!
There are case studies online about magnesium for depression and anxiety.
Only certain kinds of magnesium are helpful tho

I'm currently taking Wellbutrin, which is different from the other SSRI antidepressants. Would it still be okay to take 4000 mg of fish oil everyday?

St John's wort is also good for mild depression. 2-3 hours sounds like a lot of training though. It is possible you are overtraining and that can lead to mild depression as well as exhaustion and small if any gains in strength and speed. Take whey protein a few times a day and it will help with muscle repair. The fish oil is great for the nerves and get other fats too like salmon, olive oil, avocados and peanuts(raw). All great for nerves and testosterone. All improve mood in men.

vitamin D would help. a lot of times ppl need to stay outside for 10 minutes to wake up and some of the reasons why people get depressed in the cold seasons, is bc they dont get enough sun light (which is a lack of vitamin D). MSG is the worst thing for you to eat. any foods that have that as an ingredient is horrible for you. and shes right, everyone should spend at least 10 minutes of motivating, encouraging, and understanding self a day.
are the fish oil capsules from gnc okay to use?

I would prefer brands like Natural Factors, NutraSea, Metagenics, Quantum Science. The quality of the oil is important.
