  • Just wondering, why do you have your foot on a that little book? Is that for stabilization to work your ankles? I lift as well and I don't usually place my foot on anything, but I'm always interested in trying new techniques

  • @CallumPK I meant maybe lunge forward a little more, but yeah your back should be inline and move straight up and down.

  • @woody369 My front foot is me haha. Do you mean my shoulders should be inline with my hips? Since posting this i've clicked on one or two of the related videos and was reminded of that bit. Fixed now. Tell me if this isn't actually what you meant.

  • Nice Callum, think your front foot is a little close to you though.

  • @TobiPK Yeah, I reckon your tendon may not be strong enough to take the pressure itself, so you hould stick to doing stuff with 2 legs. Chronic pain is very important.
