@richnfamous59 False! the lyrics can be taken as being sarcastic of the unions  IF that is how you wish to interpret them( as you obviously want to) However, the Strawbs have stated many ,many times that the song is not meant to be sarcastic or a parody of the Unions in any way what so ever!

@WheelieMacBin You will find most of the refugees are genuine and have good reason to be here. Many have harrowing stories and really want to make a go of it here. In my opinion they are welcome. They are not pretentious like some others. If they become wealthy, they don't show off and are not into saving face and superstitious stupidity. From what I know the refugees in the main are generally prepared to work hard and make a go of it
