Here is a demonstration on stripping and waxing floors without the mess. All you do is scrub the floor with the square scrub, and suck it up with a vacuum, then lay your wax. As easy as 1-2-3
I would have to see a demonstration on a discolored, uneven white tile floor. That would determine if it works as good as as a commercial chemical stripper solution.
There's a reason why we use stripper and a stripper pad to remove wax from a tiled floor. The stripper softens the old wax so it can be removed by a stripping pad on a slo speed buffer/scrubber that will remove the wax but not damage the tile floor. The water aids in this process of not damaging the tile. It seems like this dry method of stripping would A)leave old wax behind in places. and B)possibly damage the tile in places where the old wax is gone.
I did tried on the wood floor with great results,,

This square scrub can't be wet scrub or it also can be wet scrub. I only see dry scrubbing for this square scub machine.

@BallBuster5150 Looks good, but you need the chemical to take up all the wax, old wax yellows.
