Taken on a very sunny day. The moissanite ring is out of focus but you can see how colorful it sparkles. Ring is a 1ct round moissanite with 2, 1/4ct round side moissanites and both bands have channel set moissanites graduated from 2.5MM and smaller. All stones are regular moissanites, no enhancements purchased around 2006-2007.

  • @muffinpunches Really?

  • @nimo3006 There are enhanced moissanite stones now, and they are G-H on the color scale whereas a regular mossanite is H-J. There's also no reason why it would chip like that..moissanite is the second hardest gem on the planet, and they do not have the natural fractures inside them that diamonds do. A diamond is more likely to chip than a moissanite.

  • I used to have one..... it's always somehow looked a little yellowish and it ended up chipping. I won't buy one again.

  • Where did you buy the stones? Do you even see green or grey tinge? im looking to buy a 1 ct cushion cut...
