@lameaneyes707 Some nations eat bugs and consider them very nutritious; they are good source of protein, without the cholesterol part. Do you know that the possibility of bugs in processed foods in US is quite hight, and the FDA allows it? The presenters in the video mention it.

@lameaneyes707 I didn't know about bugs in processed foods (as FDA allows) before the bug cooking show. Now I am trying not to buy processed foods. It is hard, of course, because they are so convenient.
