great job! But you definitely need some punchy Oberheim or Linn drums set to drive the percussion side!!

not bad!
but, the marimba part is wrong.
i happen to have heard that part when i was an assitnat engineer to a remixer.
that part is cleverly made up of two keyboard parts - on the album mix the are panned hard left, the other hard right (easy for you to identify).
when combined they sound a bit like what you've played but, not quite!

What can you use to hook up your keyboard...let's say a Casio CTK 571 (I know it's not the best keyboard) to a computer? and are there any free programs like Adobe Audition?

you can probably get free trial versions on the net of stuff like cubase, I'm not sure. Just ask someone who's into computer music (that's what i did) and they'll be able to burn something down for you - i use a mixer , which is then connected to my sound card direct, via a cable to the tape inputs, so i can plug in any keyboard/mic/guitar to the mixer

Great video man. All that was missing was the evil laugh at the end! Did you make that drum beat on the Karma as well?

Nah, I think it was a free sample from Computer music or Future music magazine - can't remember which.
