pain painter really isnt that good i mean it lets you go into like 3 or 4 synchros and u need like 2 other monsters with that one

tour guide plant tengu and tour guide zombie tengu gonna be tier 1. tier 0 if the ruling with tour guide and sangan getting the stupid search still after exceeding is still in effect. glads, miracle hero beat, and twilight gonna be tier 1. agent fairies are tier 1 for sure. that one skill drain deck with geartown is tier 1 also imo. blackwing and some other antimeta and every freakin other thing imo are tier 2 or less.
