Hey lui I'm 16 and just starting out at the gym. I am a little skinnier than average so don't need to lose any weight. I aim to build mass and strength. I was wondering what supplements you would recommend for me. I was thinking of just using whey protein and creatine for now.

Lui, I just wanted to let you know that 3g of leucine at a time will illicit the maximum anabolic response possible, so additional leucine supplementation through bcaa powders or just pure lecuine powders is quite unneeded!

@Luundee no, whey is like a food, theres no need to stop it. same with BCAA's.. they're in food we eat normally, no need to stop taking them.

I was wondering if you could give us a breakdown on how to use supplements the right way for the full effect (BCAA's, Creatine, Protein, etc) for different goals like building muscle, cutting, or MMA training. I think this would be helpful for the majority of the people watching your vids.

Im 15 years old and i was wondering what supplements i should take at 15
i am currently taking whey protein after a workout, ive heard stuff about bcaas and creatine but am unsure if i should take them at 15. Also what are your thoughts about xtend?
