Teach a parrot to fly outside

I never did this.. the first time i went outside she flew away at roofs but finally got it after a hour, and now i clipped her wings and i walk in my house so she follows me (Like a dog) kinda funny :) and i walk outside with her on my shoulder and my dog with a leash
