  • I woudn't push it. Do what YOU feel you can handle. Pushing it will only set you back.

  • hey man i am glad that you are doing better. i am doing a class project on tommy john surgery. I was wondering if you could tell. how did it happened? what did you do when if first happened? like did you ice it or wrap it or right when it happened did u go straight to surgery? my paper is due on friday the 13th of november. you could get back to me by then that would be great. thanks and good luck man.

  • sorry i just got to your message! sorry it's a little late, if you would still like to know ill be glad to answer your questions. Take it easy! and thanks!

  • what did they use to repair your elbow. when i got mine just over a week ago they used a tendon from my wrist but i know there are other parts you could use as well.

  • they used the palmarous longus (the same tendon they took from your wrist)
