http://www.bodynomics.com I had to LEARN how to do this exercise. I realized what made this exercise so difficult for me was the roundness of my hips and not having optimum balance (something I've been working on lately). This exercise will help condition your internal stabilization and balance mechanism.
It had my obliques sore as heck a few days later.

  • Love your videos, very motivating... Do you work different body part every day. I was wondering if you can email me a simple routine.. or anyone one her that knows about fitness. naslexking@yahoo.com. thanks in advance. I'm ready to the thing :-)

  • @rheakinglaw Yes, I work different body parts on different days. If I do legs on Monday I won't do legs again until Thursday or Friday. If my leg muscles are sore I won't work them until soreness subsides.

Go to my website's home page and click on the "Workouts" tab. I have samples of my workouts there.

  • What do you suggest on protein intake after working out? PLEASE ANSWER! :)

  • @Minerve426 If you're doing some really intense strength training (lifting weights) then you probably need to replenish your protein after working out. You can do this through protein shakes or whole foods. I think whole foods are the better way to go (fish, chicken, cheese, eggs, milk, beef (the leanest cuts) nuts and beans.

  • Any word on ur workout vid yet?

  • @anluck1 It's coming....I promise.
