Dear buffie I became a mother last year and I am home all day so I lost myself I feel like if I get my body back ill feel better everything is slim except my belly,what can I really do for the belly fat to shed off

@rheakinglaw Yes, I work different body parts on different days. If I do legs on Monday I won't do legs again until Thursday or Friday. If my leg muscles are sore I won't work them until soreness subsides.

What do you suggest on protein intake after working out? PLEASE ANSWER! :)

@Minerve426 If you're doing some really intense strength training (lifting weights) then you probably need to replenish your protein after working out. You can do this through protein shakes or whole foods. I think whole foods are the better way to go (fish,chicken, cheese,eggs,milk, beef (the leanest cuts) nuts and beans.
