Possibly - but puppy + off-leash outdoors, too risky. Especially as they begin to mature and the hormones kick in. Never hurts to have a lead attached, in fact it helps, a lot.

@tallykita I've read about BVA AVA open letter agaist Cesar Millans methods and I think that they are enviuos of his success.... I do not think his method has something to do with fear and pain, ridiculous...

@MsLabMom what you don't understand is that there needs to be a balance some dogs don't respond to his methods but some dogs its the only thing they respond to because the dog is overwhelmed with the standard method and procedure and can only create a positive response when the approach changes
