  • So long as it can be assumed that the contribution was given to roy simply because roy was the better candidate objectively in bill's eyes. However, should it have been bill's original intention, something difficult to find in most situations, to get more work through this investment, then that is corporate fascism and completely wrong. In fact, it's the most completely destructive and repressive thing that can happen to a republic and exactly what's wrong with the US. More info required.

  • ummm, no. It may be seen as unethical, but The money was given with no expectation of anything.  He gave his favorite candidate and friend a campaign contribution.
