I went to see this movie a few days after it came out back in '86...and in the theatrical release - at least here in Canada - Spike DOES say "aww shit".
I vividly remember looking at my uncle and asking him "Did Spike just say shit?"
He couldn't stop laughing his ass off, at 1) hearing his lil 10 year old nephew swear, and 2) the fact that they cussed in the movie!!!
Remember it like it was yesterday!!!
