Tam Jet Hits Gas Station! (Embrace the end is near)

First tribute video....
Tam flight JJ3054 crashed at Brazil's busiest airport, by over-runing the runway and crasing into a gas station. It is believed that the pilot tried to save the passengers by applying full throttle and trying to do an aborted landing once they realised they didn't have enough runway to land on. However by trying to do an aborted landing and increasing the speed of the jet this ment that they ran out of runway too quickly and the plane veered off the runway........

i can't beliee i never heard about this, did it not happen in America? Because the person has an accent and I don't recognise the airline name. No matter where it happened though this is terribly sad. I love that the soccer team took a moment, the pictures with their heads bowed is beautiful.

This happened in Brazil, the airline is a brazilian airline... Can't believe you did not hear about it.. It was the worst aviation crash Brazil has ever seen. I am glad you like the video...

As a pilot I can say its the cumulative result of government lack of responsability. But as an airport manager and pilot as a I am, the airport manager should have stood up as a man and made airfield safety a number 1 priority and fought the government for it. And now others pay the ultimate price. So unnecessary....

GOD!...why this things happen?....

the pilots must be very careful when the carrier is getting landing and take off...if u watch some air disaster in National Geographic u will know that some of the pilots are getting assumed,feeling that because they are pilots it is easy for them to take those safety instructions before getting landing and take off,..hopefully will never happen again..PAY FOCUS PILOTS!!!!!...
