Hmmm... mixed emotions lol i've always lived here and i have mixed feelings too. Yes, there's alot of students (around 32,000!) and the nightclubs are rubbish but its not until you go to places like margate and towns with desolate buildings everywhere that you realise canterbury is relatively quite well looked after, although i agree about the crap shops. Its become more of a tourist city....

Students haven't ruined Canterbury, the local council and developers have. Crap shops, badly designed shopping centres - just a dull concrete jungle and bloody embaressments like Poundland for the socialist scum. Also there are no brothels so I can't even shoot my jam in some teen spadge.

fucking students have ruined canterbury n turned it into a complete joke everywhere you can get houses here there n everywhere for ya there building 1000s of houses for you lot n that fuck horrid lookin libery there building where that high office bloke is no need for itn the houses in blean near the uni that was nice fields but now look shit i have some of u fuckers next door ifact nearly everyone has em next door ur noisey make the place a dumb n make my house price go. down
