Why is this party even allowed to exist?
-
@somedudeinva Because they don't need military. They have cultural bombardment and financial dominance.

@HumpDeBump100 like when the government spends money on the army and police? or even worse gives it to corporations as subsidies. your absolutely right, what we should have is pure communist not state socialism. that way the workers own the means of production. and hey if u dont like taxes, then your community will just go without cops/ fire department/ schools/roads/ and many other expenditures that the evil state eats up.

hellz ya.. communism will never work... if you give all you own to the government they will keep it
-
@UncleSamProduction Go ahead. A lot of young people like communism because it seems fair and right, but once you're out in the real world and see how people actually behave, one day, you'll know why it never actually works.
Merry Christmas to you too!
-
@somedudeinva well you explained well and I will not continue and that can be a good point but communism is my political view and I am on 15 so you explained and I will apologize for insulting you and Merry Christmas

@UncleSamProduction I was born in Canada and lived there until 2002, when I moved to the US (age 29). I hardly think that the War of 1812 is evidence that the US CURRENTLY wants to take over Canada. In 1812 the US was a fledgling nation with only a small military, nothing like today.
My point is: do you REALLY think the US wants to overpower Canada today (or at any time in the last 100 years)? If so, please explain why they have not done so. It's not for lack of military might.
-
@somedudeinva they did but they failed. Now I suggest to go back to your Grade 9, 10 Socials and relized the US failed to take over Canada twice now did you just say this because your American or I would be delighted to hear your story over this if your Canadian
The comrade is absolutly right. The Bolivarian Revolution is a good step forward. But it isn't directed to socialism. There are still many antirevolutionary forces in power in Venezuela, even within the government. Some want nationalisation yes, but no worker participation. Then you have state owned companies, without worker controle. That is statecapitalism, not socialism. As the PCV says, the revolution within the revolution as yet to come.

OPEN YOUR EYES... Communism does not work! it fails 99% of the time... Why? because there are always going to be ppl who just rise to the top irregardless of what government is in power. "hey comrade, why do we have to drive Volgas yet Sasha has a Mercedes Benz?" XD You ppl are jsut upset that our economy is doing bad and are scrambling to look for an answer.... same thing happened in the 30s....
