Canon HV20. They can be had now for 500-600 USD new, or even less for a used or refurbished model. Alternatively, one might opt for one of the newer models, the HV30 or HV40, though the price will be higher.

oh and your CPU usage doesnt effect the quality compared to how fast it loads/plays, make sure you don't have many programs open while you are on Firefox or Opera. If you're using internet Explorer you will need to download Firefox or kill yourself before Internet Explorer tears you into pieces.

You need a new video card. Mine old one (512mb) had that problem with a few videos. Now I have an Nvidea 9800GTX (1GB). 16mb is the whole reason.

get a better video card. i have geforce 9500Gt, it has 1GB memory and is designed for watching HD.
