This tune was inspired by one of my favorite guitarists, my friend Scott Henderson. The epitome of the jazz-rock guitarist, Scott is as comfortable playing a kickin' Texas shuffle as he is playing over the most involved chord changes.

If you're fusion-phobic, give a listen to the mix of blues, rock and jazz on "Dolomite" from the 1996 CD Tore Down House - straight blues licks, finger busting chromatic licks that outline the chords, and one of the best Strat tones I've ever heard.
