Okay, so here we go: part 4 of the 4 flinching, blocking, countering, and now FOOTWORK series. This video gets down to every detail and exercise to help get your footwork in tip-top shape. We show you exercises for better balance, demonstrate the correct fighting stance, and explain how to actually have swift footwork. Slipping, bobbing, weaving, and dipping punches is shown briefly, as well. We also discuss the importance of good shoes and the dangers of slippery surfaces. So watch this video and get to training!

I just watched your videos on fighting larger and taller opponents. I am usually on opposite end with more weight and longer reach, fighting smaller faster opponents that are more explosive with much better stamina. I fucking hate it when my opponents come in real close and work my body. If you could make a video from the perspective a larger fighter who is fighting a athlete that would be good. Even just make a list of things you hate larger opponents doing.

  • @goamericathebest are you training to be the worlds best douchebag?

  • @goamericathebest WHY ARE YOU TYPING IN ALL CAPS, IT ISN'T GOING TO MAKE YOUR COMMENT ANYMORE IMPORTANT OR SIGNIFICANT, lol 1. no one cares, just skip ahead if it annoys you. 2. google caps lock, it will teach you how to be less of a douche.

  • @lexusowner hater

  • @antonyneal yeea me to im 5.9 135lbs and its hard to fight against shorter opponets

  • @lexusowner true videos cant teach you how to defend yourself alone but they can point you in the right direction, i have learned some useful tips from videos on youtube, but they can only be a brief guide i agree, you have to practice as well

  • @bigmanoooo1 im not insecure about any actions im fully aware of that i can do. i have no means to kick this (the self taught "instructor" who made his video) idiots ass; im purely pointing out the fact of whats fact and whats not. if you want some help defending yourself; do not watch videos on youtube and think that they will help you in a self defense situation; thats about as dumb as thinking you winning the lottery from a cracker jack box.
