This is the 'printar' on life-support - basically a dot-matrix semiacoustic grotbox. Disappointingly, it's merely a shadow of its former self. 'Printar' is rather misleading, as it was originally styled in the mould of a strap-on guitar (moreover, hurdygurdy, but 'printy-gurdy' didn't have the same ring to it), with its elements consolidated into one single unit. Unfortunately, there were a few crippling accidents that inevitably follow the adoption of phallocentric guitar heroism: it all broke during the throes of an ego-trip. Now minus the strap, it appears more like a normal dot matrix printer: static and well-behaved.
A sound source is fed into the dot matrix print head, which can be grabbed and pushed onto a 'spluffer' surface comprising of piezo pickups and dynamic mic capsules. Although, the spluffer panel is slightly broken here. The two servo motors are also given an audio output (it was once possible to control one servo, but tragically the makeshift controller box overheated and died).
The first section shows a guitar signal fed into the dot matrix head, and the second section brings it back into more familiar dotty sonics with straightfoward tone signals. The third section is an attempt to make your viewing worthwhile.
So in a nutshell: yet more malnourished, withered hands fumbling over the remnants of industry (ie. sodding around with old junk, in less visionary terms).

Ok. But first, please read my words carefully. With confidence I can say that you succour too, my friend - for not noting my disclaimer: it is cleared stated as "half arsed", whereas you are obviously yearning for "full arse" which clearly isn't provided.
