You really got to hear the story of Robin through the argument between her and her father. That was tragic that her father was hit by the spell since Robin was protected by her own powers.

Robin's father looks like Klaus Kinsky, especially in profile, and VERY much in 3/4 shots. Check it out!!!

This is an awsome made for tv movie. I saw it when I was younger and it really scared me. I always thought of Mellissa Sue Anderson as the goody - goody from little house on the prairie but this movie showed me a whole different side of the actress.

Vivian's black cat is so adorable. I was born in Salem, MA and I had a black cat named Baggins when I was a kid. I have always been attracted to the gothic, the supernatural, and I have always thought witches are fascinating.

Melissa Sue Anderson went all out in this movie! She was really satanic, and evil! scary! The scenes with her reciting her spells are eerie, and real. Latin is a common way to cast a spell, i assume. Mary Donovan, from "The Waltons" who played Robin, is pretty great in this movie, too! I wonder if they flipped a coin to see who would play the good witch, and who would play the bad one.
