was the rice a sprouted wild rice? it looked yummy.

This was wild rice, which is actually a grass that was soaked overnight I assume. It was soft, but not mushy. You could tell it wasn't cooked, but it wasn't hard either. Then it had a teriyaki or plum like sauce with it and all sorts of goodies, almost like it was massaged in and then put in the dedydrator to warm up. it really was like fried rice.
