sparring @ the gym, don't criticize too much, I've only done muay thai for 6 months back when I was in peru, so like 7 years ago, and recently started doing BJJ and boxing 2 months ago, I know my technique is not the best and I kind of fall into my punch but that's what I'm working on right now
you have nice powerful hits. i would work on balance and speed
