@lastaunty im not sure how to measure the traps specifically, but my shoulders are between 51 and 53 inches around, depending on the time, workout, etc.

and for how big im trying to get them, i'll keep bulking them until they get disproportional.

@wesmanwesley thanks man! at the contest i was; 5' 11.25" tall, 185 lbs (approx), 8.2% bodyfat, arms - 16.5 in., shoulders - 51.25, chest - 45, waist - 30.5, legs - 23.25, calves - 16, forearms - 13.25.
