@mjmoonwalkman mostly used keyframes. Each key frame had the video in different positions. once i played it, it looks as if it is shaking. MAKE SURE they are CLOSE together, or it will look like it is floating.

@AngeISerenade dang, my bad, i sent u the wrong advice, lol. the golden banner thing, i just grabbed it from the internet and used it as a continuous clip on top of the main video.
