Just photographed a lighthouse in Crescent City, and after the sun dropped, I saw the gleam coming over the water, remembered this old hymm, and stopped for my photos, those latter being the best. Later, arriving back in Oregon, I found this video browsing for versions to listen too. It's a wonderfully written and composed song.
