  • @watup2154 the k9 is way way cheaper overall but thats because byd can produce 800.000 of them/year

  • hahahahaha compared to K9 this is a joke

    K9 here /watch?v=KrVBCMPOsx4

  • They have a smaller version of these in down-town Chattanooga TN. Very nice!

  • This was difficult to MASTURBATE to, but I managed to blow my goo. :-D

The infrastructure needed for trolley busses is far larger than these are. Those overhead wires are expensive to put up and maintain, and you also loose energy in them. Also, once they are up, changing the route is pretty complicated.

With these, only the recharge point needs to be in the same spot, so if there's roadworks on the route, no problem. Also, once you have recharging points, anyone can make a bus for them, which allows for competition, which may drive prices down. :)

  • I tried to volunteer my highway eatery location next to interstate 80 exit in PA to be a Nissan Leaf charging station .....

TWICE, BOTH attempts, not even a reply saying "thanks but no thanks", just no reply...

    Sad.....

  • Whats the difference between these electric buses and electric trolley coach buses? Trolleys don't ever need to be charged or refueled because they are attached to overhead-wires. I love this idea for making buses more eco friendly. But I'm just curious, why these buses are better than trolley-coaches.

Also, Seattle has been talking about replacing its trolley-coaches with newer buses. Do you know how I can have Seattle Metro look into these buses? Proterras would be great here.

  • Wat da...... Deisel bus cost $45, 000 / year in Fuel.......wow.. thats alot....

Electric bus only $3000 / year in Charging....... with all these Hypies and Democracy in USA .......... it cant bring Electric CAr and Electric Buses in the Market than ...... shame on those Hypies and shame on this Democracy of USA

  • 2 million dollar in order to save 350 thousand dollar no wonder why we have huge deficit.

the price should be $150 thousand dollar not a penny more.
