i just wasted 54 seconds of my life.
-
It sure as hell ain't funny for speeders
-
@glenrhodes2 No, you would never know which camera/s were actively part of the lottery in any given month.
-
Whilst the initial concept is reasonable, this would be financially unworkable in the UK for there are vast areas where there are no digitally connected static cameras. Would a speeding driver be exempt at one site due to speeding, then entered into the lottery at the next due to a qualifying speed?

I think the piano stairs should have won. This is just a theory which works around money, not fun.
-
A nice idea, but unless there is a very good chance of winning the money, it won't work. So to make it work, all slow drivers should win (if there is e.g. at least $1000 in the pot, paid for by the fast drivers that preceded the slow driver). So the fines of the fast drivers keep adding up, and as soon as it reaches $1000, the next slow driver that passes the camera wins it.

that would be illegal in the US (state governments have legal monopoly on lottery)
-
Too bad that the goverment is dependant of the money they earn in fines (at least in the Netherlands).
-
i would just keep going around the block over and over to get more entries into the lottery.
@MustangGT41ife You missed the point...
